I am definitely excited about this week’s hot topic WATER!
I’ve been studying the pH of the body, enzyme therapy, quantum healing, and also water. I always like to add in blog topic choices that also pertain to my studies as it helps me communicate what I’ve been researching and learning about in my master’s program with nutritional therapy. There is really so much to learn and understand about the body and water is such an important tool in order to help heal your body!
This topic will allow me to break down just how well it works for health, rejuvenation, and vitality! Water plays a major role in preventing and treating common diseases like: eczema, depression, chronic fatigue, obesity, gastric disorders, high blood pressure, urinary infections, rheumatism, etc. Our bodies are exposed to many more toxins and pollutants, high stress environments, highly processed/high sodium foods, alcohol and tobacco, chemicals sprays, etc. than our ancestors had to deal with which is why it’s so important to rehydrate and restore body functions by addressing the conditions directly.
